Your Jig account

Email hello.jigapp@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We delete it and everything in it: your profile, builds, photos, reviews, mentor chats and follows. You can also ask for a copy first. There’s no delete button in the app yet.

If you commented on our Instagram

When you comment a keyword such as JIG on one of our Instagram posts, our auto-reply sends you a direct message with a link. To do that it keeps your Instagram user ID and name, your comment, and whether the message was sent. If you open a link from that message, it records the click with a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address and your browser type.

To have this deleted, send us a direct message on Instagram or email hello.jigapp@gmail.com with your Instagram username. We’ll delete those records and confirm when it’s done.
